Having been through several limiting injuries himself, Martin found massage therapy and exercise as an effective way to rehabilitate himself back into his active lifestyle. Injury rehabilitation has motivated him to pursue a career that allows athletes and the general population to take control over their health through client education and manual therapy.

Martin enjoys working with different types of athletes from a collegiate level to weekend warriors and also the general public. In his treatment, he likes to use a variety of massage techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, muscle stripping and active stretching.

Martin finished the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College. He started his education at Douglas College in Sports Science where his fascination about human anatomy and kinetics began. Here he learned different biomechanics in sports such as volleyball, softball, gymnastics and basketball and also designing recreational activities for children.

In his spare time, he loves to workout at the gym, competes in men’s basketball leagues, enjoys watching pro wrestling and sports entertainment. He also loves to indulge himself in different types of foods and wishes to travel the world to expand his palate in the near future.

Martin is happy to welcome new patients into his practice!

Anthony graduated from the Vancouver Career College Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program in 2021. Prior to RMT school, he was a high school athlete who, like many others, sustained injuries that caused limitations in the sports he enjoyed. He found a passion in helping others take care of their bodies to avoid injuries that could hinder their ability to continue with everyday activities.

Anthony understands that not everyone presents the same, therefore, treatment is individualized for each patient’s unique needs. It is important for him to work alongside his clients to restore overall function, provide relief, and identify any barriers to recovery. A typical treatment with Anthony could include various modalities such as trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and hydrotherapy. He also aims to centre each session around bringing awareness to the areas of the body that need treatment the most.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys hiking, biking, weightlifting and watching movies.

Anthony is welcoming both new and existing patients to book in to his schedule!
